As a Board we are committed to listening to the views of the people who we serve, and would welcome any feedback or ideas you may have about the work of the Board.

You can do this by emailing nysab@northyorks.gov.uk  

If you are unhappy with a service you have received from any of the Board partners and wish to make a complaint, you should go to the website of the organisation concerned and view their complaints policy and make contact with them directly.

NYSAB are unable to respond to complaints about individual organisations.
