Friends Against Scams – Accessible Training

Friends Against Scams have worked in partnership with East Sussex County Council and East Sussex Learning Disability Partnership Board to develop easy read training and resources about financial scams and it covers the following:

  • What are scams?
  • How to spot a scam
  • Different types of scams
  • Why do people respond to scams
  • Effects of being scammed
  • How to protect yourself from scams

The resources include an accessible training presentation video and easy read information sheet. Links to both of these can be found below:
